3. Refund for Any Reason: We believe that our customers should have the freedom to request a refund for any reason. Whether you’ve changed your mind, encountered unforeseen circumstances, or simply didn’t find the plant suitable for your needs, you can still request a refund within the specified timeframe.
4. Full Refund: Provided that the above conditions are met, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the plant(s) and any applicable taxes, minus the non-refundable shipping fees.
5. Shipping Fees Deduction: The shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. We incur these charges to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

9. Exemptions: Please note that the refund policy does not apply to any plants that have been damaged or compromised due to improper care, neglect, or disregard for our plant care guidelines after the initial two-day window.
